Required Deposits

  • Security Deposit: $500
    Applicants Approved with Condition Deposit Will Equal 1.5 Month’s Rent.

  • Holding Fee: $500 (applied towards security deposit)

Required Fees

  • Application Fee: $50 (per household)
  • Amenity Fee: $400 (upon move in and renewal)
  • Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Fee:​ $50 made payable to The Township of Woodbridge upon application approval

Optional Fees – Pet (2 Max)

  • One Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $500 per pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent Cat: $50/mo per pet (2 pet max)
  • Monthly Pet Rent Dog: $50/mo per pet (2 pet max)

Optional Fees – Parking

  • Garage: $95/mo

Optional Fees – Storage

  • $50-$100 (dependent on storage size)

Situational Fees

  • Late Fee: 10% of Rent of lease rent amount
  • Early Lease Termination: 60 day notice and 2 month’s base rent and repayment of concessions, if applicable.
  • Transfer Fee: 1 Month of Current Apartment’s Base Rent if transferred mid lease
  • NSF Fee: $50
  • Replacement/Additional Key FOB: $50
  • Replacement/Additional Garage Access Sticker: $25
  • Vacant Cost Recovery: $25
  • Renter Protection: $20 per month

Utilities & Insurance

  • Electricity: TBD paid directly to provider
  • Gas: TBD paid directly to provider
  • Water/Sewer: TBD paid along with rent
  • Cable/Internet: TBD paid along with rent
  • Liability Insurance: Varies based on provider

Utility Billing Fees:

  • New Account Fee: $10 (one time)
  • Admin Billing Fee: $2.80 (monthly)
Note: Please be advised that there maybe other charges you would be responsible for that are "variable/incidental" and/or "unknown", such as: damage to the owner's property caused by you, your household member(s), or guest(s) (for which an invoice would be issued to reimburse for the same); or water/sewer charges (based upon your actual exclusive usage, and for which invoicing will be provided in accordance with your lease and water/sewer addendum).
